- All cancellations are required to be notified to Hostel Orfeo 2 weeks (14 days before arrival day prior to arrival date (not arrival time),after that there is a 100% charge of the total cost.
Prices do not include the 5% city tax.
Cancellation must occur 72 hours before the check-in date and for group booking a week before check in date .
Cancellation can only be done by email.
