- We have a 5% service charge if you pay by debit and credit card. Tourist tax is already included in the price.
- Your room(s) /bBed(s) will only be kept 2 hrs after your given arrival time, (your arrival time is in 24hrs clock!) it is your responsibility to contact the Hotel/Hostel if you are going to be delayed otherwise we will presume you are a 'No Show' and reallocate your beds!!.
- Cancellation must occur 3 days before the check-in date by e-mail.
